OLD CEILING RECONSTRUCTION & DRYWALL INSTALLATION
This project involved the complete reconstruction of a damaged ceiling in an older home. The existing ceiling had deteriorated over time, with sections separating and falling down. Due to the condition and age of the original wood ceiling, a new framing system was installed to provide a secure and reliable surface for the new drywall. What We Did: Ceiling Demolition: Removed the existing damaged and deteriorated ceiling materials. New Framing: Installed a new 2×4 framing system beneath the existing joists to create additional secure attachment points for the drywall. Drywall Installation: Installed new drywall across the entire ceiling and securely fastened it to the new framing. Finishing: Taped, mudded, and finished all drywall joints and fasteners to create a smooth, uniform surface. Painting: Primed and painted the completed ceiling for a clean, finished appearance. Final Result: Transformed a deteriorated, aging ceiling into a solid, smooth, and professionally finished surface.

Custom-framed IKEA closet system designed for a seamless built-in look.
The goal of this project was to create a clean, built-in closet system that fit the unique dimensions of the existing space. The original closet layout did not match the IKEA system dimensions, so the space needed to be carefully modified and framed to achieve a seamless fit. What We Did: • Re-framed the closet interior to match the IKEA system dimensions • Optimized the available space for a wall-to-wall fit • Assembled and installed the IKEA closet components • Secured and anchored the units for long-term stability • Finished the surrounding areas for a clean, built-in appearance

Bathroom Water Damage Restoration & Full Renovation
This bathroom renovation began after water damage compromised the existing subfloor and affected parts of the room. Instead of covering the damage, we removed the damaged materials, rebuilt the affected areas, and renovated the bathroom from the foundation up to create a clean, durable, and modern finish. What We Did: • Removed the damaged subfloor and installed a solid new foundation • Repaired and prepared the affected areas for the renovation • Replaced old plumbing supply lines and valves • Installed a new vanity and faucet • Installed a new toilet • Completed waterproofing and tile work • Installed waterproof flooring • Completed lighting and final finish work
